Funding call
The German Research Foundation, DFG and the African Institutes for Mathematical Sciences, AIMS, invite applications for international research collaborations in the mathematical sciences between researchers from African countries and researchers at German universities.
The objective of the AIMS-DFG collaboration visits programme is to initiate and strengthen international research collaboration between mathematical scientists from African countries and German universities, with particular emphasis on supporting early-career researchers.
Researchers in early career phases are particularly encouraged to submit proposals.
Proposals must be submitted in English by 30 September 2025.
There will be an information session on 3 July 2024, at 11:00 a.m. (GMT)/13:00 a.m. (CEST)
