Desenvolvido atrav\u00e9s da Iniciativa dos Conselhos de Concess\u00e3o de Ci\u00eancia (SGCI), o relat\u00f3rio destaca os desafios enfrentados pelas mulheres e outros grupos marginalizados no acesso e no avan\u00e7o nos dom\u00ednios das CTI. <\/p>\n\n<p>Centra-se em seis \u00e1reas-chave identificadas pelo <a href=\"https:\/\/en.unesco.org\/saga\">quadro SAGA da UNESCO<\/a>, incluindo a educa\u00e7\u00e3o, a progress\u00e3o na carreira, o conte\u00fado da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e as pol\u00edticas de CTI.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-key-findings\"><strong>Principais conclus\u00f5es<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>O Qu\u00e9nia registou progressos significativos em mat\u00e9ria de igualdade entre homens e mulheres gra\u00e7as \u00e0 aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas e reformas s\u00f3lidas. No entanto, v\u00e1rios obst\u00e1culos continuam a limitar a plena participa\u00e7\u00e3o das mulheres na CTI. Por exemplo:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No Qu\u00e9nia, apenas 1 em cada 5 investigadores s\u00e3o mulheres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As mulheres representam apenas 8% das pessoas qualificadas em engenharia e tecnologia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As raparigas enfrentam elevadas taxas de abandono escolar ap\u00f3s o ensino prim\u00e1rio, sendo que apenas 8% chegam ao ensino superior.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Apesar destes desafios, o governo promulgou leis e pol\u00edticas &#8211; tais como a Pol\u00edtica de DST de 2020 e a Pol\u00edtica de Reentrada na Escola &#8211; para apoiar a inclus\u00e3o. No entanto, a fraca implementa\u00e7\u00e3o e a falta de dados desagregados por g\u00e9nero enfraquecem o seu impacto. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-s-holding-women-back\"><strong>O que \u00e9 que impede as mulheres de progredir?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>O relat\u00f3rio identifica os principais obst\u00e1culos que continuam a afetar as mulheres nas CTI, tais como<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Estere\u00f3tipos de g\u00e9nero na educa\u00e7\u00e3o e na ci\u00eancia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acesso limitado ao financiamento da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e \u00e0 orienta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsabilidades dom\u00e9sticas desiguais e discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o no local de trabalho<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Falta de um planeamento sens\u00edvel \u00e0s quest\u00f5es de g\u00e9nero nas universidades e institui\u00e7\u00f5es de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\" id=\"h-what-needs-to-happen\"><strong>O que precisa de acontecer<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Para criar um ecossistema de CTI mais inclusivo, o relat\u00f3rio recomenda<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Investir na recolha e an\u00e1lise de dados desagregados por g\u00e9nero<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refor\u00e7ar as pol\u00edticas com um controlo e aplica\u00e7\u00e3o adequados<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aumentar o apoio \u00e0s mulheres na investiga\u00e7\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s de financiamento e de tutoria<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Combater as normas sociais nocivas e as desigualdades no local de trabalho<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\" id=\"h-looking-ahead\"><strong>Olhando para o futuro<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>O Qu\u00e9nia tem as bases para se tornar um l\u00edder em ci\u00eancia e inova\u00e7\u00e3o inclusivas. Ao colmatar as lacunas de g\u00e9nero em CTI, o pa\u00eds pode libertar todo o seu potencial humano e alcan\u00e7ar um desenvolvimento mais sustent\u00e1vel para todos.
