Em 2024, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sarima.co.za\/\">Associa\u00e7\u00e3o de Gest\u00e3o da Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e Inova\u00e7\u00e3o da \u00c1frica Austral (SARIMA)<\/a> publicou a \u00faltima edi\u00e7\u00e3o do Quadro de Compet\u00eancias Profissionais (PCF). O PCF descreve as compet\u00eancias essenciais necess\u00e1rias para gestores e administradores de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o. Com o apoio da <a href=\"https:\/\/sgciafrica.org\/pt\/\">Science Granting Councils Initiative (SGCI)<\/a>, o PCF atualizado foi traduzido para <a href=\"https:\/\/sgciafrica.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Professional-Competency-Framework-French-WEB.pdf\">franc\u00eas<\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/sgciafrica.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Professional-Competency-Framework-Portuguese-WEB.pdf\">portugu\u00eas<\/a>     <\/p>\n\n<p>O PCF foi criado atrav\u00e9s de uma consulta alargada. O documento original foi elaborado h\u00e1 dez anos e, desde ent\u00e3o, tem sido atualizado. As revis\u00f5es regulares garantem que continua a ser relevante para as necessidades em evolu\u00e7\u00e3o da gest\u00e3o da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o. Esta \u00e1rea din\u00e2mica requer um quadro de compet\u00eancias que reflicta as actuais exig\u00eancias da ind\u00fastria. O PCF identifica nove \u00e1reas de compet\u00eancias essenciais, incluindo o desenvolvimento dos investigadores e o financiamento da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/p>\n\n<p>Considera, por exemplo, os servi\u00e7os de gest\u00e3o da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o. A PCF detalha as compet\u00eancias necess\u00e1rias nesta \u00e1rea de trabalho. Centra-se na organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e estrutura\u00e7\u00e3o da gest\u00e3o da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o. O documento define as profici\u00eancias e compet\u00eancias espec\u00edficas para esta fun\u00e7\u00e3o. Classifica estas compet\u00eancias em tr\u00eas n\u00edveis: administra\u00e7\u00e3o, gest\u00e3o e lideran\u00e7a.    <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cross-cutting-transferable-skills\">Compet\u00eancias transversais e transfer\u00edveis<\/h2>\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, o PCF identifica as compet\u00eancias transfer\u00edveis em tr\u00eas n\u00edveis. A gest\u00e3o e administra\u00e7\u00e3o da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o profiss\u00f5es orientadas para as pessoas. Desenvolver e manter rela\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e9 um aspeto fundamental do trabalho. As compet\u00eancias transversais reflectem este facto.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Considera, por exemplo, a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, a negocia\u00e7\u00e3o e a resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de conflitos. A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 altamente colaborativa. Isto torna estas compet\u00eancias ainda mais importantes. O PCF sublinha a necessidade de o pessoal ser capaz de falar e ouvir os outros. A capacidade de transmitir informa\u00e7\u00f5es e ideias \u00e9 essencial. Explorar pontos de vista alternativos ajuda a encontrar solu\u00e7\u00f5es. Estas compet\u00eancias s\u00e3o fundamentais para gerir as rela\u00e7\u00f5es e assegurar o bom funcionamento da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o.      <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-to-use-the-professional-competency-framework\">Como utilizar o quadro de compet\u00eancias profissionais<\/h2>\n\n<p>A PCF serve m\u00faltiplos objectivos para al\u00e9m da defini\u00e7\u00e3o de compet\u00eancias. Apoia a \u00e9tica organizacional, a forma\u00e7\u00e3o e o desenvolvimento de carreiras.
