A sua nomea\u00e7\u00e3o marca um novo cap\u00edtulo para o Conselho, \u00e0 medida que este continua a fazer avan\u00e7ar a agenda de ci\u00eancia, tecnologia e inova\u00e7\u00e3o da Z\u00e2mbia. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Syakalima afirmou que os <a href=\"https:\/\/sgciafrica.org\/pt\/como-o-conselho-de-ciencia-da-zambia-esta-a-financiar-investigacao-relevante\/\">projetos financiados<\/a> abrangem setores priorit\u00e1rios, incluindo a agricultura, a sa\u00fade e a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o mineira.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre as inova\u00e7\u00f5es apoiadas encontram-se o desenvolvimento de ra\u00e7\u00f5es de prote\u00edna de insetos na Universidade de Copperbelt e a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de longo prazo sobre a COVID-19 na Universidade M\u00e9dica Levy Mwanawasa, demonstrando como os investimentos em investiga\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e3o a abordar os desafios do desenvolvimento nacional ao mesmo tempo que constroem a capacidade cient\u00edfica.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O investimento demonstra o compromisso cont\u00ednuo do Conselho em apoiar a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o que aborda as prioridades de desenvolvimento da Z\u00e2mbia.
