Com quase 70 por cento das fontes de \u00e1gua do pa\u00eds contaminadas, este dispositivo oferece uma salva\u00e7\u00e3o tanto para as comunidades rurais como para as urbanas. <\/p>\n\n<p>Aproveitando a energia solar, a tecnologia de biossensores e a filtragem ultravioleta, purifica a \u00e1gua mesmo em \u00e1reas fora da rede &#8211; ajudando a evitar milhares de mortes por doen\u00e7as transmitidas pela \u00e1gua.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Inteligente <\/strong><strong>c<\/strong><strong>offee <\/strong><strong>f<\/strong><strong>ertilizante do Uganda<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>No <a href=\"https:\/\/sgciafrica.org\/pt\/o-fertilizante-de-colagenio-e-uma-jogada-inteligente-para-o-cafe-do-uganda\/\">Uganda<\/a>, investigadores da Uganda Martyrs University descobriram uma forma de converter os res\u00edduos da produ\u00e7\u00e3o de couro num fertilizante \u00e0 base de colag\u00e9nio rico em nutrientes para a cultura do caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n<p>A inova\u00e7\u00e3o aborda tanto os res\u00edduos industriais como a degrada\u00e7\u00e3o do solo, promovendo a sustentabilidade ambiental ao mesmo tempo que melhora a produtividade das culturas.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Impulsionar <\/strong><strong>n<\/strong><strong>utri\u00e7\u00e3o e <\/strong><strong>f<\/strong><strong>alimentar <\/strong><strong>s<\/strong><strong>ecuridade alimentar na Nam\u00edbia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Na <a href=\"https:\/\/sgciafrica.org\/pt\/projeto-alimentar-namibiano-visa-culturas-ricas-em-proteinas\/\">Nam\u00edbia<\/a>, os cientistas da Universidade de Ci\u00eancia e Tecnologia da Nam\u00edbia est\u00e3o a combater a subnutri\u00e7\u00e3o e os baixos rendimentos das culturas atrav\u00e9s da biotecnologia.<\/p>\n\n<p>O seu projeto de Melhoria da Seguran\u00e7a Alimentar e Nutricional atrav\u00e9s de Leguminosas Ricas em Prote\u00ednas e Biotecnologia de Baixo Custo (FOODSECBIO) forma pequenos agricultores na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de leguminosas enriquecidas com prote\u00ednas utilizando biofertilizantes.<\/p>\n\n<p>Apoiada pela SGCI e pela Comiss\u00e3o Nacional de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, Ci\u00eancia e Tecnologia, a iniciativa est\u00e1 a ajudar as fam\u00edlias a cultivar colheitas mais saud\u00e1veis e abundantes e a obter uma melhor nutri\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"996\" height=\"465\" src=\"https:\/\/sgciafrica.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Inside-the-tannery-where-the-smart-organic-Fertiliser-is-made-BODY.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-25244\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sgciafrica.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Inside-the-tannery-where-the-smart-organic-Fertiliser-is-made-BODY.jpeg 996w, https:\/\/sgciafrica.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Inside-the-tannery-where-the-smart-organic-Fertiliser-is-made-BODY-300x140.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/sgciafrica.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Inside-the-tannery-where-the-smart-organic-Fertiliser-is-made-BODY-768x359.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 996px) 100vw, 996px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Entra na f\u00e1brica de curtumes onde \u00e9 produzido o adubo org\u00e2nico inteligente<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<p><strong>Transforma\u00e7\u00e3o <\/strong><strong>w<\/strong><strong>res\u00edduos em <\/strong><strong>w<\/strong><strong>sa\u00fade no Malawi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>No <a href=\"https:\/\/sgciafrica.org\/pt\/coco-de-mosca-aumenta-o-rendimento-das-colheitas-no-malawi\/\">Malawi<\/a>, cientistas da Universidade de Mzuzu desenvolveram o que os habitantes locais chamam de &#8220;fertilizante m\u00e1gico&#8221;, uma mistura org\u00e2nica feita de res\u00edduos de mosca-soldado negra (frass), biochar de casca de arroz e borras de caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n<p>Apoiada pela Comiss\u00e3o Nacional de Ci\u00eancia e Tecnologia do Malawi e pela SGCI, a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o transforma res\u00edduos agr\u00edcolas e de insectos num poderoso produto de enriquecimento do solo.<\/p>\n\n<p>Rico em prote\u00ednas, c\u00e1lcio, pot\u00e1ssio e outros nutrientes, o fertilizante est\u00e1 a ser testado para aumentar o rendimento das culturas, oferecendo aos agricultores uma alternativa ecol\u00f3gica \u00e0s dispendiosas op\u00e7\u00f5es sint\u00e9ticas.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Reviver o Ruanda <\/strong><strong>b<\/strong><strong>anana <\/strong><strong>w<\/strong><strong>ine <\/strong><strong>t<\/strong><strong>radi\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>No <a href=\"https:\/\/sgciafrica.org\/pt\/cientistas-ruandeses-desenvolvem-uma-levedura-local-para-os-produtores-de-vinho-de-banana\/\">Ruanda<\/a>, a ind\u00fastria do vinho de banana est\u00e1 a fazer um brinde \u00e0 inova\u00e7\u00e3o.
