{"id":25221,"date":"2025-10-20T07:00:00","date_gmt":"2025-10-20T06:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sgciafrica.org\/?p=25221"},"modified":"2025-10-17T11:17:50","modified_gmt":"2025-10-17T10:17:50","slug":"transformar-a-investigacao-para-o-desenvolvimento-na-africa-oriental-e-austral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sgciafrica.org\/pt\/transformar-a-investigacao-para-o-desenvolvimento-na-africa-oriental-e-austral\/","title":{"rendered":"Transformar a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o para o desenvolvimento na \u00c1frica Oriental e Austral"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>O Centro Africano de Estudos Tecnol\u00f3gicos<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/african-centre-for-technology-studies-843429b3\/posts\/?feedView=all\">(ACTS<\/a>), em colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com o Centro Internacional de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o para o Desenvolvimento<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/idrc\/\">(IDRC<\/a>), acolher\u00e1 uma Consulta Virtual \u00e0s Partes Interessadas sobre a Transforma\u00e7\u00e3o do Cen\u00e1rio da Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o para o Desenvolvimento (R4D) na \u00c1frica Oriental e Austral no dia 22 de outubro de 2025, das 10:00 \u00e0s 13:00 (EAT).<\/p>\n\n<p>O evento ter\u00e1 lugar em linha, via Zoom, e os participantes podem inscrever-se <a href=\"https:\/\/lnkd.in\/dhsDnUwP\">aqui<\/a><\/p>\n\n<p>Esta consulta regional tem como objetivo reunir as principais vozes de toda a \u00c1frica Oriental e Austral para analisar as tend\u00eancias actuais no panorama da R4D, co-criar uma vis\u00e3o partilhada para um ecossistema de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e inova\u00e7\u00e3o transformador e inclusivo, e identificar vias de a\u00e7\u00e3o para um impacto a longo prazo.<\/p>\n\n<p>Os debates explorar\u00e3o a forma como a R4D pode responder melhor \u00e0s prioridades regionais, estar mais bem alinhada com os objectivos nacionais de desenvolvimento e incluir mais os grupos sub-representados, como as mulheres, os jovens e as micro e pequenas empresas.<\/p>\n\n<p>Entre os ilustres oradores da consulta contam-se Tom Ogada, diretor executivo do ACTS; Almamy Kont\u00e9, antigo diretor executivo do Observat\u00f3rio Africano da Ci\u00eancia, Tecnologia e Inova\u00e7\u00e3o (AOSTI) no Senegal.<\/p>\n\n<p>Entre outros, John Ouma-Mugabe, professor de pol\u00edtica cient\u00edfica e de inova\u00e7\u00e3o na Universidade de Pret\u00f3ria, Agnes Lutomiah, chefe do programa STIKS no ACTS, Wilhemina Quaye, diretora do CSIR-Science and Technology Policy Research Institute no Gana, Nouhou Diaby da Universidade Cheikh Anta Diop de Dakar, Senegal, e Clarisse Mideva, assistente de gest\u00e3o da Propriedade Intelectual no ACTS.<\/p>\n\n<p>A consulta est\u00e1 aberta a investigadores, decisores pol\u00edticos, acad\u00e9micos, grupos de reflex\u00e3o, financiadores, representantes do sector privado, organiza\u00e7\u00f5es da sociedade civil, centros de inova\u00e7\u00e3o e outras partes interessadas empenhadas em moldar o futuro da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o para o desenvolvimento em \u00c1frica.<\/p>\n\n<p>Juntos, os participantes explorar\u00e3o oportunidades para construir um ecossistema de R4D mais vibrante, inclusivo e preparado para o futuro, que impulsione um crescimento sustent\u00e1vel e equitativo.<\/p>\n\n<p>Esta iniciativa alinha-se estreitamente com a miss\u00e3o cont\u00ednua da Science Granting Councils Initiative (SGCI) de refor\u00e7ar os sistemas cient\u00edficos em \u00c1frica.<\/p>\n\n<p>Ao apoiar o di\u00e1logo e a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o entre os principais intervenientes, eventos como este contribuem para o desenvolvimento de ecossistemas de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e inova\u00e7\u00e3o mais fortes e interligados, capazes de dar resposta aos prementes desafios de desenvolvimento de \u00c1frica.<\/p>\n\n<p><em>Consulta as <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/sgciafrica.org\/pt\/noticias\/\"><em>hist\u00f3rias<\/em><\/a><em>  e diz-nos o que pensas.
