Estiveram presentes parceiros de financiamento da SGCI, ag\u00eancias t\u00e9cnicas colaboradoras e financiadores p\u00fablicos de 13 pa\u00edses de toda a \u00c1frica. <\/p>\n\n<p>A reuni\u00e3o bianual \u00e9 uma oportunidade para os investigadores partilharem experi\u00eancias e pr\u00e1ticas ligadas \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/sgciafrica.org\/pt\/impulsionar-o-futuro-das-cti-em-africa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ci\u00eancia,<\/a> \u00e0 investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e \u00e0 gest\u00e3o de subven\u00e7\u00f5es, e para estabelecerem contactos com pares nas ag\u00eancias financiadoras, visando a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de rela\u00e7\u00f5es profissionais de longo prazo e estimulando o desenvolvimento de comunidades de pr\u00e1tica na <a href=\"https:\/\/sgciafrica.org\/pt\/financiamento-da-sgci-historias-transformadoras-de-investigadores\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SGCI.<\/a><\/p>\n\n<p>O objetivo \u00e9 refor\u00e7ar os sistemas de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e de gest\u00e3o de subven\u00e7\u00f5es em todo o continente africano, garantindo que sejam mais inclusivos, reativos e bem alinhados.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-impactful-change\"><strong>Mudan\u00e7a com impacto<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>O evento de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nrf.ac.za\/nrf-partners-with-dfg-host-sgci-peer-learning-visit-in-bonn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">networking<\/a> tem ajudado, ao longo dos anos, os membros dos conselhos a partilhar perspetivas, a criar <a href=\"https:\/\/sgciafrica.org\/pt\/ligar-a-investigacao-a-industria\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">liga\u00e7\u00f5es<\/a> que ajudaram a transformar ideias em realidade e a melhorar a vida de <a href=\"https:\/\/sgciafrica.org\/pt\/investigacao-em-acao-a-historia-de-sucesso-do-uganda-e-do-malawi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pessoas<\/a> e comunidades.<\/p>\n\n<p>A colabora\u00e7\u00e3o entre a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dfg.de\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DFG<\/a> e a NRF remonta a 2019, no \u00e2mbito de uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o bilateral de longa data e de um compromisso m\u00fatuo de refor\u00e7ar a gest\u00e3o da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o em toda a \u00c1frica atrav\u00e9s da SGCI.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-improving-research-systems\"><strong>Melhorar os sistemas de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Durante a reuni\u00e3o deste ano, as discuss\u00f5es centraram-se na igualdade, diversidade e inclus\u00e3o na investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, na infraestrutura de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, no impacto, na promo\u00e7\u00e3o da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o orientada pela curiosidade e na gest\u00e3o de parcerias de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n<p>Foi salientado que melhorar os sistemas de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o passa pelas pessoas e que a aprendizagem entre pares pode ajudar os investigadores a compreender e a enfrentar melhor os desafios e oportunidades espec\u00edficos nas suas regi\u00f5es e comunidades.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-collaborative-solutions\"><strong>Solu\u00e7\u00f5es colaborativas<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Ao trabalharem em conjunto e partilharem as suas experi\u00eancias, os investigadores podem desenvolver solu\u00e7\u00f5es mais eficazes para problemas complexos e cr\u00edticos em \u00c1frica, como <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scidev.net\/global\/opinions\/climate-science-must-unlock-solutions-in-new-era\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">as altera\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas<\/a>, doen\u00e7as infeciosas, diversidade gen\u00e9tica, resist\u00eancia aos antimicrobianos, equidade em sa\u00fade, IA nos cuidados de sa\u00fade e comunica\u00e7\u00e3o de ci\u00eancia.<\/p>\n\n<p>A NRF esteve representada pela Dra. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/drdorothyngila\/\">Dorothy Ngila<\/a>, pela Sra.
