Cependant, il reste difficile de transformer la recherche en actions efficaces. Pour combler cette lacune, une strat\u00e9gie globale de communication et de plaidoyer pour le changement social et comportemental (SBCC&amp;A) a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9e afin de renforcer la visibilit\u00e9, l&rsquo;adoption et l&rsquo;impact de la science dans la r\u00e9gion.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-why-a-communication-and-advocacy-strategy-matters\"><strong>L&rsquo;importance d&rsquo;une strat\u00e9gie de communication et de plaidoyer<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 l&rsquo;investissement croissant de l&rsquo;Afrique dans les STI, la communication scientifique reste un point faible. Les r\u00e9sultats de la recherche sont souvent pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans un langage acad\u00e9mique, ce qui les rend inaccessibles aux d\u00e9cideurs politiques, \u00e0 l&rsquo;industrie et au public. Les barri\u00e8res traditionnelles, notamment les st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes de genre et le manque d&rsquo;engagement du secteur priv\u00e9, limitent encore la port\u00e9e de l&rsquo;innovation.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Une strat\u00e9gie SBCC&amp;A permet de combler ces lacunes :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Am\u00e9liorer la communication entre les SGC, les chercheurs et les parties prenantes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promouvoir l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration de la dimension de genre dans la recherche<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Combler le foss\u00e9 entre le monde universitaire et le secteur priv\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rendre la science relatable et pertinente pour les citoyens<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\" id=\"h-a-step-by-step-guide-for-councils\"><strong>Un guide \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape pour les conseils<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>La strat\u00e9gie pr\u00e9sente un cadre pratique en 10 \u00e9tapes permettant aux SGC de localiser et de mettre en \u0153uvre des activit\u00e9s de communication et de plaidoyer efficaces :<\/p>\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Effectuer une analyse de la situation &#8211; Comprendre les lacunes existantes \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;outils tels que les analyses SWOT et PESTEL.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Segmenter les publics &#8211; Adapter les messages \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents groupes (par exemple, les d\u00e9cideurs politiques, le secteur priv\u00e9, les femmes chercheurs).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fixez des objectifs SMART &#8211; Concentrez-vous sur des objectifs de communication et de changement de comportement clairs et mesurables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choisissez des approches strat\u00e9giques &#8211; D\u00e9finissez les bons messages, les avantages et les m\u00e9canismes de soutien.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9laborer des messages cl\u00e9s &#8211; Utilisez un langage et des formats qui trouvent un \u00e9cho aupr\u00e8s des publics cibles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00e9lectionnez les canaux &#8211; Combinez les plateformes de communication num\u00e9riques, traditionnelles et interpersonnelles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mise en \u0153uvre des activit\u00e9s &#8211; Impliquer les parties prenantes par le biais d&rsquo;ateliers, de m\u00e9dias et de forums publics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contr\u00f4ler et \u00e9valuer &#8211; Suivre l&rsquo;impact gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des boucles de r\u00e9troaction et des indicateurs de comportement.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\" id=\"h-towards-a-more-inclusive-science-ecosystem\"><strong>Vers un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me scientifique plus inclusif<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>La strat\u00e9gie SBCC&amp;A met l&rsquo;accent sur la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;un environnement favorable \u00e0 une politique fond\u00e9e sur des donn\u00e9es probantes, \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisation de la recherche et \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes.
