Ces comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es permettent aux professionnels de la recherche de s&rsquo;orienter dans des processus complexes, d&rsquo;obtenir des financements et de soutenir l&rsquo;innovation. Un cadre complet a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9 pour d\u00e9finir et structurer ces comp\u00e9tences. En 2024, l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sarima.co.za\/\">Association pour la gestion de la recherche et de l&rsquo;innovation en Afrique australe (SARIMA)<\/a> a publi\u00e9 la derni\u00e8re \u00e9dition du cadre de comp\u00e9tences professionnelles (PCF). Le PCF d\u00e9crit les comp\u00e9tences de base requises pour les gestionnaires et les administrateurs de la recherche. Avec le soutien de la <a href=\"https:\/\/sgciafrica.org\/fr\/\">Science Granting Councils Initiative (SGCI)<\/a>, le PCF mis \u00e0 jour a \u00e9t\u00e9 traduit en <a href=\"https:\/\/sgciafrica.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Professional-Competency-Framework-French-WEB.pdf\">fran\u00e7ais<\/a> et en <a href=\"https:\/\/sgciafrica.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Professional-Competency-Framework-Portuguese-WEB.pdf\">portugais<\/a>.     <\/p>\n\n<p>Le PCF a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;issue d&rsquo;une vaste consultation. Le document original a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9 il y a dix ans et a depuis fait l&rsquo;objet de mises \u00e0 jour. Des r\u00e9visions r\u00e9guli\u00e8res permettent de s&rsquo;assurer qu&rsquo;il reste adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9volution des besoins en mati\u00e8re de gestion de la recherche. Ce domaine dynamique n\u00e9cessite un cadre de comp\u00e9tences qui refl\u00e8te les demandes actuelles de l&rsquo;industrie. Le PCF identifie neuf domaines de comp\u00e9tences fondamentales, dont le d\u00e9veloppement des chercheurs et le financement de la recherche. <\/p>\n\n<p>Prenons l&rsquo;exemple des services de gestion de la recherche. Le PCF d\u00e9taille les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires dans ce domaine. Il se concentre sur l&rsquo;organisation et la structuration de la gestion de la recherche. Le document d\u00e9finit les aptitudes et comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 ce r\u00f4le. Il classe ces comp\u00e9tences en trois niveaux : administration, gestion et leadership.    <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cross-cutting-transferable-skills\">Comp\u00e9tences transversales et transf\u00e9rables<\/h2>\n\n<p>En outre, le PCF identifie des comp\u00e9tences transf\u00e9rables \u00e0 trois niveaux. La gestion et l&rsquo;administration de la recherche sont des professions orient\u00e9es vers les personnes. D\u00e9velopper et entretenir des relations est un aspect essentiel du travail. Les comp\u00e9tences transversales en sont le reflet.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Prenez, par exemple, la communication, la n\u00e9gociation et la r\u00e9solution des conflits. La recherche est une activit\u00e9 hautement collaborative. Ces comp\u00e9tences sont donc d&rsquo;autant plus importantes. Le PCF souligne que le personnel doit \u00eatre capable de parler et d&rsquo;\u00e9couter les autres. La capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 transmettre des informations et des id\u00e9es est essentielle. Explorer d&rsquo;autres points de vue permet de trouver des solutions. Ces comp\u00e9tences sont fondamentales pour g\u00e9rer les relations et assurer le bon d\u00e9roulement des op\u00e9rations de recherche.      <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-to-use-the-professional-competency-framework\">Comment utiliser le cadre de comp\u00e9tences professionnelles<\/h2>\n\n<p>Le PCF sert de multiples objectifs au-del\u00e0 de la d\u00e9finition des comp\u00e9tences. Il soutient l&rsquo;\u00e9thique organisationnelle, la formation et le d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re. Les \u00e9quipes des ressources humaines peuvent utiliser le cadre pour concevoir des programmes de formation, cr\u00e9er des descriptions de postes et fixer des normes de performance.  <\/p>\n\n<p>En outre, le PCF est un outil pr\u00e9cieux pour la progression de carri\u00e8re. Les individus peuvent l&rsquo;utiliser pour \u00e9valuer leurs comp\u00e9tences et identifier les domaines \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer. Les institutions peuvent appliquer le cadre pour planifier la succession et combler les lacunes en mati\u00e8re de main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Pour les professionnels qui s&rsquo;inscrivent aupr\u00e8s du <a href=\"https:\/\/iprcouncil.com\/\">Conseil international de la reconnaissance professionnelle (IPRC)<\/a>, le PCF est essentiel. Les candidats doivent proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une auto-\u00e9valuation des comp\u00e9tences sur la base du cadre. <\/p>\n\n<p>Le PCF permet de d\u00e9finir les comp\u00e9tences cl\u00e9s, de soutenir le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences et de garantir la coh\u00e9rence entre les organisations.
