Kamalha.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Respectueux de l&rsquo;environnement <\/strong><strong>fours<\/strong><strong> transformer <\/strong><strong>transformation <\/strong><strong>transformation du poisson au Malawi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Au <a href=\"https:\/\/sgciafrica.org\/fr\/des-fours-respectueux-de-lenvironnement-aident-les-aquaculteurs-du-malawi-a-reduire-leurs-pertes\/\">Malawi<\/a>, o\u00f9 le fumage traditionnel du poisson sur feu ouvert expose les travailleurs \u00e0 des fum\u00e9es nocives et gaspille de grandes quantit\u00e9s de bois de chauffage, des chercheurs sont \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine d&rsquo;une technologie plus propre et plus efficace.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"502\" src=\"https:\/\/sgciafrica.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Fish-from-the-kiln_BODY.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-25275\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sgciafrica.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Fish-from-the-kiln_BODY.jpg 300w, https:\/\/sgciafrica.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Fish-from-the-kiln_BODY-179x300.jpg 179w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Poisson du four<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p>Avec le soutien de la SGCI par l&rsquo;interm\u00e9diaire de la Commission nationale pour la science et la technologie, une \u00e9quipe dirig\u00e9e par James Banda a con\u00e7u des fours de fumage de poisson modernes, ferm\u00e9s, \u00e9conomes en \u00e9nergie et hygi\u00e9niques.<\/p>\n\n<p>Les fours r\u00e9duisent consid\u00e9rablement le temps de fumage, traitent jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 <strong>100 kg de poisson en deux heures<\/strong><strong> et<\/strong> collectent m\u00eame de pr\u00e9cieux sous-produits d&rsquo;huile de poisson.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Ces avanc\u00e9es font du four de fumage moderne un outil pr\u00e9cieux pour am\u00e9liorer la productivit\u00e9, la qualit\u00e9 et la durabilit\u00e9 de la transformation du poisson\u00a0\u00bb, explique M. Banda.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Le manioc <\/strong><strong>l&rsquo;innovation <\/strong><strong>renforce <\/strong><strong>s\u00e9curit\u00e9 <\/strong><strong>s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire au Kenya<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Au <a href=\"https:\/\/sgciafrica.org\/fr\/une-nouvelle-plante-de-manioc-augmente-les-revenus-des-agriculteurs-kenyans\/\">Kenya<\/a>, les chercheurs red\u00e9finissent le manioc comme un \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire et nutritionnelle dans un contexte de hausse des prix du ma\u00efs et de d\u00e9fis climatiques.<\/p>\n\n<p>Dirig\u00e9 par Vitalis Ogemah de l&rsquo;universit\u00e9 des sciences et technologies de Masinde Muliro (MMUST), le projet promeut des vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de manioc r\u00e9sistantes aux maladies et des aliments \u00e0 base de manioc riches en nutriments pour l&rsquo;homme et le b\u00e9tail.<\/p>\n\n<p>En identifiant des vari\u00e9t\u00e9s tol\u00e9rantes \u00e0 la s\u00e9cheresse et en m\u00e9langeant des farines de manioc pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins alimentaires de divers groupes de consommateurs, l&rsquo;initiative aide les agriculteurs \u00e0 augmenter leurs revenus tout en diversifiant leurs sources d&rsquo;alimentation.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"400\" height=\"474\" src=\"https:\/\/sgciafrica.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/kiln-under-construction_BODY.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-25278\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sgciafrica.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/kiln-under-construction_BODY.jpg 400w, https:\/\/sgciafrica.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/kiln-under-construction_BODY-253x300.jpg 253w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Four en construction<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Les nutritionnistes ont identifi\u00e9 les besoins nutritionnels des diff\u00e9rentes cat\u00e9gories de consommateurs et ont m\u00e9lang\u00e9 des vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de manioc pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces besoins\u00a0\u00bb, explique M.
