Les approches du suivi et de l’\u00e9valuation (S&E) des activit\u00e9s d’influence politique ont \u00e9t\u00e9 reconnues comme l’un des piliers permettant au Rwanda d’am\u00e9liorer la mise en \u0153uvre des politiques au cours de la deuxi\u00e8me phase de l’initiative des conseils scientifiques (SGCI 2) en Afrique subsaharienne (SGCI).<\/p>\n\n

Le Conseil national de la science et de la technologie du Rwanda (NCST) envisage d’\u00e9laborer un plan de suivi et d’\u00e9valuation dans diff\u00e9rents domaines qui, selon lui, aideront le gouvernement \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la mise en \u0153uvre des politiques, \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel pour conduire la transformation du pays en une \u00e9conomie fond\u00e9e sur la connaissance.<\/p>\n\n

Au cours de la phase de mise en \u0153uvre, un groupe de chercheurs a re\u00e7u des subventions de l’universit\u00e9 dans le pass\u00e9 avec le soutien de l’initiative des conseils de subventions scientifiques (SGCI) en Afrique subsaharienne.<\/p>\n\n
