Il joue un r\u00f4le essentiel dans l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration de la politique scientifique et la promotion de l&rsquo;innovation afin d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de vie en Ouganda. <\/p>\n\n<p>L&rsquo;UNCST fournit au gouvernement ougandais des preuves scientifiques pour la formulation et la planification des politiques. Ses rapports scientifiques nationaux offrent des informations pr\u00e9cieuses sur la capacit\u00e9 de recherche de l&rsquo;Ouganda et sur son cheminement vers une \u00e9conomie fond\u00e9e sur la connaissance. Le Conseil souligne la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de r\u00e9formes politiques cibl\u00e9es pour favoriser un changement efficace.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-advancing-research-and-innovation-through-the-sgci\"><strong>Faire progresser la recherche et l&rsquo;innovation gr\u00e2ce au SGCI<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>En tant que membre de la <a href=\"https:\/\/sgciafrica.org\/fr\/\">Science Granting Councils Initiative (SGCI)<\/a>, l&rsquo;UNCST a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d&rsquo;une capacit\u00e9 accrue de gestion des subventions de recherche et de supervision. La SGCI a permis \u00e0 l&rsquo;UNCST de lancer des appels d&rsquo;offres comp\u00e9titifs en mati\u00e8re de recherche qui s&rsquo;alignent sur le plan de d\u00e9veloppement national et les objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable de l&rsquo;Ouganda.<\/p>\n\n<p>Le financement du SGCI soutient des projets de recherche qui transforment les r\u00e9sultats en solutions concr\u00e8tes. Ces projets se concentrent sur des domaines qui renforcent les partenariats public-priv\u00e9, en particulier dans les cha\u00eenes de valeur de l&rsquo;industrialisation et de la fabrication. La recherche contribue ainsi directement au progr\u00e8s social et \u00e0 la r\u00e9silience \u00e9conomique.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-fostering-knowledge-sharing-and-collaboration\"><strong>Favoriser le partage des connaissances et la collaboration<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>L&rsquo;UNCST a \u00e9galement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 le <a href=\"https:\/\/technomartuganda.com\/about\">Technomart<\/a>, une plateforme en ligne qui met en relation les chercheurs, les investisseurs et les entrepreneurs pour soutenir la commercialisation des technologies \u00e0 travers l&rsquo;Afrique. Financ\u00e9e par la SGCI, la plateforme favorise les partenariats public-priv\u00e9 et renforce la collaboration entre les universit\u00e9s et les entreprises au sein de l&rsquo;\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me d&rsquo;innovation ougandais. Elle renforce \u00e9galement les r\u00e9seaux de recherche r\u00e9gionaux et accro\u00eet la visibilit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;innovation ougandaise.  <\/p>\n\n<p>L&rsquo;UNCST organise des webinaires de diffusion des connaissances pour pr\u00e9senter la recherche financ\u00e9e par le SGCI. Ces \u00e9v\u00e9nements en ligne mettent en lumi\u00e8re les r\u00e9sultats de la recherche susceptibles d&rsquo;inspirer l&rsquo;innovation et la collaboration entre les secteurs. Ils r\u00e9unissent des chercheurs, des d\u00e9cideurs politiques, des chefs d&rsquo;entreprise et d&rsquo;autres acteurs cl\u00e9s.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-continuing-to-build-uganda-s-research-future\"><strong>Continuer \u00e0 construire l&rsquo;avenir de la recherche en Ouganda<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>L&rsquo;UNCST s&rsquo;engage \u00e0 renforcer les capacit\u00e9s de l&rsquo;Ouganda en mati\u00e8re de science, de technologie et d&rsquo;innovation. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des partenariats r\u00e9gionaux, des programmes nationaux et l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration de politiques, il soutient la croissance durable et un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me d&rsquo;innovation
