SGCI Annual Regional Meeting 2018, Media Coverage

The Science Granting Councils Initiative in Sub-Saharan Africa (SGCI) hosted its Annual Regional Meeting (ARM) on 4-6 July 2018 in Accra, Ghana. Hosted by an SGCI participating council, Ghana’s Ministry of Environment, Science, Technology and Innovation (MESTI), in collaboration with SGCI Collaborating Technical Agencies (CTA), the ATPS - African Technology Policy Studies Network and Scinnovent Centre, the meeting themed “research and innovation for job creation” saw the official launch of the Ghana Innovation and Research Commercialization Centre (GIRC).
